Shavasana

Once an accountant, Diane has an eye for detail and  is very much a Type Awesome!! Her classes are designed specifically around the needs of those attending.  She will provide alternative postures for those whom may need a little more assistance and encourage independent movement for those whom wish to work in their own mindful place.

The Yoga Clinic is not a diagnostic centre. You are encourage  to continue to follow the treatment plan provided by your Clinician and or Manual Therapist. Diane's work will compliment the treatment you receive elsewhere!!

WHAT TO WEAR

Dress in comfortable clothing you can move in; loose, athletic type clothing. Bare feet are best.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your yoga mat.  Diane will let you know before hand if there are other props you will need, like a sturdy chair, massage or tennis balls, blocks or straps.

WHAT TO DO

Arrive to class 10-15 minutes early so you can settle in and have time to transition from your day.

Share! Diane wants you to get the most out of class so please chat with her about hesitations, concerns and successes!

If you are currently under the care of a health care provider, be sure to continue with their treatment plan. Yoga class is an excellent supplement to current care but shouldn't take the place of manual therapy.

Relax and enjoy. You're in good hands!
