SCHEDULE

There are three different ways that you can participate in a class.

1) In studio.  You come to the physical location and work with me in person.

2) Live online.  You practice at home and tune in for a live class with me on zoom.

3) Pre recorded.  You practice at home at a time(s) that are convenient for you.   You will receive an email recording of a class and have one week to use the recording.

Upcoming session will run from Sunday, May 4, 2025  -  Wednesday, June 25, 2025

Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes are 8 weeks

Monday classes are 7 weeks (no class May long weekend May 19th)

Studio (In Person Only) Classes

1:15 - 2:15 pm Mondays Yoga for Healthy Aging 3 at Fifty5 Fitness 960 Lorimer Boulevard

11:15 - 12:15 pm Tuesdays Yoga for Healthy Aging 2 at Yoga Centre Winnipeg 915 Grosvenor

7:15 - 8:30 pm Wednesdays Yin Yoga at Yoga  Centre Winnipeg 915 Grosvenor

 

Live Online Classes

9:30 - 10:30 am Tuesdays Yoga for Healthy Aging 2 

Pre Recorded Classes (They are available for viewing for one week)

Yin Yoga - Sundays to Saturdays

Tuesdays Yoga for Healthy Aging 2 - Tuesdays to Mondays
