
SCHEDULE
There are three different ways that you can participate in a class.
1) In studio. You come to the physical location and work with me in person.
2) Live online. You practice at home and tune in for a live class with me on zoom.
3) Pre recorded. You practice at home at a time(s) that are convenient for you. You will receive an email recording of a class and have one week to use the recording.
Upcoming session will run from Sunday, January 4, 2026 - Wednesday, February 25, 2026
Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes run for seven weeks. No classes January 14,19, or 20.
Monday classes run for six weeks. No class January 19th or February 16th.

11:15 - 12:15 pm Tuesday Yoga for Healthy Aging 2 at Yoga Centre Winnipeg 915 Grosvenor
7:15 - 8:30 pm Wednesdays Yin Yoga at Yoga Centre Winnipeg 915 Grosvenor
Live Online Classes
9:30 - 10:30 am Tuesdays Yoga for Healthy Aging 2
Pre Recorded Classes (They are available for viewing for one week)
Yin Yoga - Sundays to Saturdays
