
SCHEDULE

There are three different ways that you can participate in a class.
1)In studio. You come to the physical location and work with me in person.
2)Live online. You practice at home and tune in for a live class with me on zoom.
3)Pre recorded. You practice at home at a time that is convenient for you. You will receive an email recording of a class and have 48 hours to take the class at a time that works for your schedule.
