Service Description

Payment in full is due before the first class. I accept E Transfer (info@theyogaclinic.ca), cash and cheque. Please email for address if sending a cheque. Meeting will be started 10 minutes prior to class. Helpful props - blocks, strap, rolled towels, blankets and pillows or bolster, chair, eye pillow, massage or tennis balls, foam roller. Some items to enhance your experience - a quiet location, a lit candle, soft music and lighting, heating pad.
